with JCK Bali 2024
Jia CURATED is an immersive weekend of craft, design, and culture. Originally introduced in 2022 as Jia Curated Kiosks. Rooted in the meaning of Jia —home in Chinese— the event explores a new theme each year, fostering connections and dialogue through exhibitions, programmes, and initiatives. The event venue is located at the former Bali Festival Park, an abandoned amusement park now in ruins.
CUUNION presented a curated collection of handmade works by Taiwanese designers and artists: LIN Yuhsien‘s Season Loop Chair with Japanese hand-dyed fabric Ultrasuede x OKUDA PRINT, LIU Kaiping with bamboo dye art, Wuba YANG’s Taiwanese fern leaf papercut installation, TSENG Shikai‘s hand-wrapped coloured copper mirror and fruit tray.
Together with design brands: alter labss, Paper Object, Ultrasuede.
