Affordable Art Fair将于明年6月落地上海,中文名为“冉起当代艺术博览会”,现招募一名市场经理。他/她将向中国区总经理汇报,与亚太区域和全球营销团队密切合作,计划并实施全年整合营销计划和基于展会的商业活动和市场营销活动,达到推动展会的品牌与口碑建立、优质客流量、票务销售、赞助商关系维护等目标,并后续为线上市场平台提供高意向流量。 在2022年底前我们提供弹性上班时数(一周三天),从明年一月开始为全职工作。







Brand building

  • Work on annual goals and event goals, integrating global and local brand positioning strategies
  • Design and build customer insight strategies for China, in addition to implementing global and regional programs
  • Leverage customer insights to inform China audience development strategies for year-round multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with global and local design teams/agencies to create key visuals for the show and all subsequent marketing materials such as (but not limited to) flyers, invitations, show guides, and advertising visuals


Content and communications

  • Implement the global and develop China-specific content, and local content strategy across all owned channels
  • Drive brand profile raising activity and follower growth strategy for China
  • Own and manage China’s social media strategy and channels, including but not limited to WeChat, Little Red Book, TikTok, Bilibili, and website.
  • Lead any agreed fair activations to maximize data capture
  • Complete campaign analysis based upon agreed global templates



  • Work closely with the PR agency to develop creative strategies and deliver extensive media coverage of each event in the portfolio and the online marketplaces
  • The key person to manage media relations on behalf of the Affordable Art Fair in China


Ad campaigns

  • Work with China Managing Director and global marketing team to determine the split of online/offline spending, taking into consideration the balance of branding building and sales activation
  • Develop and deliver the offline media plan, including production of print collateral and reporting
  • Input into digital ad planning to ensure alignment with the off-line plan
  • Effectively manage media invoicing, including invoice processing and budget tracking


Ticketing and box office

  • Develop and deliver China ticketing and invitation strategy
  • Develop and manage 3rd party ticketing platforms, as well as our owned channels and on-site box office
  • Drive effective ticket sales strategy and quality traffic for the fair


Budgeting and reporting

  • Manage and monitor China’s marketing budget agreed with China Managing Director
  • Provide accurate forecasts and feed into the budget-setting process
  • Use global marketing planning templates
  • Completion of agreed global and local reporting templates for ticketing and campaign analysis, as well as onsite figures at the fair and any additional ad hoc marketing analysis



  • Drive innovative ways of working to develop audiences and provide customers with an omnichannel experience
  • Cultivate relationships with exhibitors, especially onsite at the fairs, ensuring that they continue to feel that we are providing the best service
  • Ad hoc copywriting and support for B2B comms
  • Partnership and sponsorship activities as part of the China Partner and Sponsor support
  • Collaborate with the Fair team locally and globally to deliver desired results for all
